Daily AI News Coverage and Review Expanded
Daily AI News now reviews priority companies and industry topics, performs a second pass for thin editions, accepts reliable multilingual sources, and surfaces the lead story in each title.
# Daily AI News Coverage and Review Expanded
After the July 28 edition proved too thin, this update strengthens discovery and the pre-publication review, and expands that day's article.
## Broader coverage
- A fixed coverage review now checks priority AI developers, foundation models, chips and storage, robotics, smart devices, data centers, energy, networking, and technology finance.
- Reliable reporting and official information in other languages can enter the candidate pool alongside Chinese and English material, before a common review of recency, trustworthiness, and importance.
## A second pass for thin editions
- The article still has no fixed story count and will not use low-value filler. If the initial selection is unusually small, a second check of priority companies, topics, and possible omissions is required before publication.
- Deduplication now distinguishes repeated coverage from a material new development, so an official release, open-weight milestone, or important factual update after an earlier announcement is not discarded with duplicates.
## July 28 edition
- Candidates from the exact preceding 24 hours were checked again, important developments were added, and the Chinese, English, and Japanese editions were revised.
- Each title now uses “Daily AI News | lead-story headline” instead of showing only a date.
- The article keeps its complete narrative, three-part structure, and short AI explanation for every story without piling source links into the reader-facing text.
