## Broader coverage

- Reliable reporting and official information in other languages can enter the candidate pool alongside Chinese and English material, before a common review of recency, trustworthiness, and importance.
## A second pass for thin editions
- The article still has no fixed story count and will not use low-value filler. If the initial selection is unusually small, a second check of priority companies, topics, and possible omissions is required before publication.
