Knowledge, Japanese, and Transfer Service Recovery
An invalid D1 article-seed parameter is fixed, Quick Transfer now accepts Cloudflare's canonical extensionless fragment path, and local-preview privacy configuration is checked; Japanese, Knowledge, and Transfer flows are reverified together.
# Knowledge, Japanese, and Transfer Service Recovery
This release addresses overlapping production and local-preview failures. It restores the Knowledge article API and the Resources Quick Transfer entry, then rechecks the Japanese tool's static assets and cloud-progress fallback.
## Knowledge data recovery
- A trilingual site-update seed now passes its missing UTC timestamp, preventing D1 from receiving `undefined` and failing every article query with HTTP 500.
- A full seed-bind regression test now fails the release gate whenever any future binding argument is undefined.
## Transfer and local-preview recovery
- Quick Transfer remains restricted to a fixed same-origin fragment while accepting both the authored `.html` path and Cloudflare's extensionless clean-URL form.
- Local `.dev.vars` must contain two independent, sufficiently long privacy salts. Health probing exposes missing configuration before UI review, while secret values stay outside Git.
## Verification scope
Regression coverage includes Chinese, English, and Japanese article APIs, a real Resources click into the Transfer sign-in gate, the Japanese course catalog and audio manifest, plus desktop and mobile screenshots. Anonymous Transfer sign-in prompts and Japanese local-progress fallback remain intentional behavior.
