The 100-item public-site plan for UI, UX, motion, visuals, performance, responsive behavior, accessibility, security, and release quality is complete while preserving the established Windows XP, Pixel Art, and Y2K identity.
## Lighter and recoverable
- Four-time-period wallpapers, window backdrops, entry icons, and the Quick Transfer atlas are compressed for their real slots, with responsive AVIF / WebP and reliable fallbacks. The first view preloads only the current theme and shell.
- Knowledge, Videos, Games, and social data use bounded ETag / SWR / last-known-good caching. Temporary failures retain successful content, and an explicit retry bypasses fresh cache.
- The production build provides content hashes, an allowlisted manifest, traceable sourcemaps, and layered cache policy without replacing the repository-root Git deployment chain.
## Core flows and mobile experience
- Home welcome content, recent updates, desktop-icon keyboard navigation, top chrome, and About links are clearer. Knowledge, articles, videos, resources, games, and the optional Blog share consistent loading, empty, recovery, focus, and scroll behavior.
- Chat and Quick Transfer add incremental cursors, single-flight refresh, stable DOM updates, draft safety, idempotency, queue backpressure, cancel/retry, and safe legacy D1 migration while retaining HttpOnly, plain-text rendering, and privacy boundaries.
- The Chinese, English, and Japanese matrix at 359×500, 375×667, 390×844, and 844×390 covers App height, card containment, 44px targets, Dock behavior, forced colors, Japanese line breaking, and four motion tiers.
## Stability recheck addendum
- The Home Chat icon now belongs to the always-loaded shell stylesheet; the Chat titlebar and short-screen avatar use the real Chat asset consistently.
- Mobile page navigation animates only the active App surface, so a full-page snapshot can no longer cover the fixed topbar or Dock. A 40ms rapid double switch still settles on the correct final route and selected item.
- Full-motion evidence captures before, start, 60ms, 140ms, and stable frames, with additional portrait and landscape checks at 359×500, 390×844, and 844×390.
## Verification boundary
Local release gates cover automated tests, the public module graph, static build checks, reproducible production output, local D1 migration, and an isolated Headless UI matrix. Headless results are not real-device or complete screen-reader certification. No production data was accessed, and nothing was pushed or deployed.
