# Video Card and Category Persistence Fixes
This update continues tightening the videos area and desktop icons so the public page is cleaner and admin-managed data stays stable.
## Changes
- Public video cards now use a shorter fixed height with tighter thumbnail, text, and button spacing to remove unnecessary lower blank space.
- Default video category seeds now run only during first table creation, so deleted default tags are not restored and admin ordering is preserved.
- The build check now exercises the public videos API path so video schema guard problems are less likely to slip through.
- The anonymous chatroom desktop icon is slightly smaller and leaves clearer spacing above its label.
