Home Bottom Strip Fix

Fixed the green strip above the taskbar so every time-of-day wallpaper fills the home area.

# Home Bottom Strip Fix

This update removes the green strip that could appear above the taskbar on the home screen.

## Changes

- Confirmed the strip was not part of the Night wallpaper image. It came from the outer page grass gradient showing through a small layout gap.
- Checked Morning, Day, Dusk, and Night. The same gap could exist in all themes, but it was most visible at night.
- The home page now fills the remaining site grid height instead of relying on a fixed pixel estimate for the top bar and taskbar.
- The small-screen rule now uses the same parent-height behavior to avoid the same exposed strip on mobile.
